By using Koa, you agree to these terms.

What Koa is

Koa is a personal AI assistant accessible via iMessage. It can answer questions, set reminders, send scheduled updates, look at photos and videos, read documents, and act on your behalf via authorized connectors (Google, Stripe, etc.).

What Koa is NOT

• Not a licensed professional — Koa is not a lawyer, doctor, financial advisor, or therapist. Its outputs are informational, not professional advice.
• Not infallible — Koa can make mistakes, especially on photo identifications, financial figures, and medical questions. Verify anything important.
• Not for emergencies — if you're experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, call 911 or 988.

Your account

Your phone number is your account. You're responsible for keeping it secure. Don't share your phone with anyone you don't trust to access your Koa data and connected accounts.

Pro plan + billing

Koa Pro is a recurring monthly subscription processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

Don't use Koa to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Generate content that exploits minors
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Probe for security vulnerabilities or attempt to bypass abuse safeguards
• Violate any applicable law

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.

Limitation of liability

Koa is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using Koa and delete your data at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll notify you via iMessage. Continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance.
